Jill joined McKeon Sheldon Mehling LLLC as an associate in early 2021 to support MSM’s growing Association General Counsel practice.
Jill brings to MSM a vibrant work history as a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Bissen Jr. of the Second Circuit. As a prosecutor, Jill managed a rigorous case load on behalf of the State of Hawaii in misdemeanor, petty misdemeanor and traffic cases, and had daily experience negotiating plea deals. In just the short time Jill has been with MSM, her background has proven tactful in MSM’s ability to counsel Boards of Directors on an even broader range of issues that affect the day-to-day operations of condominium and community associations. Jill has quickly become an integral part of MSM’s Association General Counsel practice.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jill worked as a business analyst as a member of the strategic operations team that created products related to health care reform.
Jill is originally from Maui, and attended Saint Anthony High School before pursing her Bachelors degree at Princeton University, and obtaining a Masters Degree in Health Management System.
