David joined MSM in June 2019, after a decade of experience in high level corporate transactions, banking, legislative policy and licensing. After graduating from Harvard Law School in 2009, David practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, followed by positions as Vice President and Counsel at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.
With David’s extensive experience in advising high-level financial institutions and corporations, he assists MSM’s clients with forming and restructuring business entities, negotiating the sale of businesses and real estate and preparing non-disclosure and licensing agreements related to investment and acquisition opportunities.
Since joining MSM, David has become a dynamic member of the condominium and community association practice, working as general counsel to associations on corporate governance issues, and advising boards on requirements for operating and reserve accounts. He also assists with enforcement of violations, collections, and reviewing and revising governing documents.
